I’m passionate about helping kids and families build a healthy relationship with food—one that nourishes their bodies, supports their growth, and sets them up for lifelong well-being.
Growing up, I was always active and involved in sports, but I still struggled with my weight. I didn’t understand why, and no one really taught me how food impacted my body beyond the typical “eat your vegetables” advice. I remember being teased about my size, but I never really understood the connection between nutrition, energy, and my overall well-being. On top of that, being diagnosed with scoliosis in sixth grade added to my insecurities, making me even more self-conscious about my body.
As I got older, my curiosity about nutrition grew. I started asking questions, learning, and experimenting with my own diet. I saw firsthand how the right foods helped me feel better, perform better in sports, and gain confidence in myself. That journey led me to where I am today—helping kids and parents navigate nutrition in a way that’s practical, enjoyable, and sustainable.
